The story

In 2016, Marius Moga was the ambassador for Make-A-Wish Romania and came up with the idea of creating a song for the foundation. We worked on it together at DeMoga Music. It wasn’t about radio or playlists—it was about doing something real, something that could bring a bit of hope where it was needed most. The song became Cântecul Speranței și al Bucuriei—The Song of Hope and Joy.

We brought together an amazing lineup: Andra, What’s Up, Robert Toma, Liviu Teodorescu, and Alexandra Ungureanu. Oana Pellea and Virgil Stănescu also joined the project, adding their voices and presence to the message behind it.

I remember the studio sessions clearly. The vibe was calm, emotional, and honest. Everyone showed up for the right reasons, with no egos and no pressure, just people connecting through music and purpose.

Looking back, it feels like one of those forgotten collaborations that lived briefly and then vanished, but it mattered.
